Job Title: Brand Identity and Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Identity and Design Manager to join our team at Aegon. As a key member of our Corporate Communications and Brand department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strong, distinctive brand identity for Aegon and its subsidiaries across various geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine brand identity guidelines and templates in collaboration with business units and agencies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the visual identity and provide guidance for enhancements.
  • Manage the brand platform, making brand guidelines, templates, and assets available to colleagues.
  • Ensure all brand carriers are visually striking and consistent.
  • Provide advice to brand and marketing teams and agency partners on consistently applying the visual identity.
  • Review key brand carriers designed by business units to enhance creativity and consistency.
  • Design and manage the production of various brand carriers for Corporate Center/Holding and global functions, focusing on cutting-edge presentations and supporting materials.
  • Be the go-to-person for all Microsoft Office design and templates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Brand Strategy, Design/Visual Identity, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a brand/visual identity/design role within a company or agency.
  • Profound grasp of branding principles and creativity.
  • Proficiency in visual identity/design and an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Experience/background in graphic design.
  • Strong advisory, project, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in working in an international environment.
  • Proven MS Office design skills and experience – specifically for PowerPoint presentations.
  • Result-oriented team player with hands-on mentality.
  • Proficient English speaker.
