As a PEGA SSA, you will take the lead in addressing intricate IT challenges related to financial customer and service processes. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering a socially responsible banking environment where customers can confidently manage their finances.
You will serve as a seasoned advisor to the business, adept at discerning the underlying needs behind requests. Your ability to translate these requirements into our IT frameworks is essential. You will stay informed about significant trends within and beyond the financial services industry, possessing a clear vision that you can effectively communicate to your colleagues.
In terms of execution, you will guide teams in accurately interpreting requirements, directing (implementation) strategies that will be reflected in various epics and user stories. Additionally, you will be the go-to person for your colleagues regarding architectural matters, assisting them in the proper application of existing frameworks.
Required Qualifications
You have a passion for identifying tangible enhancements. Your conceptual thinking allows you to seamlessly transform ideas into actionable plans. You communicate effectively across all organizational levels and quickly navigate through the company structure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT or Business Computer Science.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience and certified as a PEGA SSA.
- Proven track record in problem-solving and translating solutions into actionable implementation using project initiation architecture.
- Demonstrable knowledge of PEGA architecture.
- Familiarity with customer and payment processes within a financial institution.
- Experience in a DevOps environment and knowledge of Java is advantageous.
Benefits Offered
The compensation for this role ranges from €65,000 to €87,000 gross annual fixed income (including a 13th month and 8% holiday allowance) based on a 40-hour work week. In addition, de Volksbank provides attractive and flexible benefits:
