Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Product Coordinator to join our team. As a New Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and launch of new products, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product and packaging developments with internal and external stakeholders;
- Accurately enter master data into company systems and customer portals;
- Develop and manage project schedules and reports;
- Update CRM systems in a timely manner;
- Manage packaging stock levels and issue purchase orders as needed;
- Record and manage customer complaints related to new product launches.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in product development, customer service, marketing, or sales, preferably in the food industry;
- Knowledge of CRM tools, packaging materials, and technologies;
- Fluent spoken and written English language; German is a desirable plus;
- Excellent planning and organization skills;
- Customer-oriented thinking;
- Leading attitude and action-oriented;
- Enjoy working in a team.
