Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Employee to join our sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, handling new requests, and maintaining contact with our customers and international distributors.
Responsibilities:- Process incoming orders and handle new requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain contact with customers and international distributors through email and/or telephone.
- Participate in proactive sales and provide primary product information.
- Work closely with colleagues from the field service and internal colleagues from production and logistics.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales managers, purchasing, production, and logistics.
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
- Good communicative skills.
- Technical feeling in the field of electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering/mechatronics.
- Able to work accurately and stress-resistant.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, German is an advantage.
- Ability to work with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
We offer a fixed-term contract with the aim of converting it to an indefinite period, an appropriate salary based on your work experience, and a pension scheme. You will have the opportunity to work in a challenging job within an energetic and international company with sufficient career opportunities.
