Strategic Business Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Business Controller to join our Business Area Customers & Solutions team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Stockholm in Sweden, or Berlin in Germany.
As a Strategic Business Controller, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our business planning process, including target setting, follow-up, and forecasting. You will also secure well-consolidated financial information on BA level and provide departments and managers with relevant reliable financial information, business analysis, and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities- Steer the business planning process, including target setting, follow-up, and forecasting;
- Secure well-consolidated financial information on BA level;
- Provide departments and managers with relevant reliable financial information, business analysis, and proactive support;
- Support the controlling team in analyzing business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving performance;
- Drive and support digitalization initiatives and further development of finance processes and products;
- Participate in the monthly management reporting process.
- A master's degree in Finance or Business Administration (or equal);
- Native-level proficiency in the language of the country you work in (The Netherlands, Germany, or Sweden);
- Strong financial and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in large and complex organizations and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively;
- Strong commitment to continuous personal and business improvement;
- Pro-active and transparent;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across international cultures;
- Strong team player.
