Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Employee Experience Manager to join our team in the Netherlands.
As an Employee Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and morale through the creation of a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all staff-related events, including social gatherings, CSR events, sports activities, and more.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event planning, communications, social media, HR, or office management, as well as a higher business education or a relevant degree such as communications, HR, and/or event management.
Key skills include strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent and proactive mindset, excellent planning and organizational abilities, proficiency in Office 365, and fluent English with proficient communication skills in Dutch.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, and ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
