Company Background: This organization, situated in the Tilburg area, is a prominent player in the production of aluminum coffee capsules and is currently in its initial growth phase.

Working Hours: The Operator position is a full-time role, requiring you to work in two shifts: from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00.

Key Responsibilities: As a Production Worker, your duties will encompass:

  • Producing and packaging coffee capsules.
  • Addressing both minor and significant technical issues or product discrepancies.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on various filling and packaging machinery.
  • Monitoring the performance of all equipment.
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Documenting work activities accurately.
  • Facilitating production start-ups and transitions.
  • Modifying various filling and packaging lines as needed.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A vocational education level of MBO-3 or -4.
  • Experience in a production setting, preferably as a Machine Operator within the food sector.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance systems such as BRC and HACCP.
  • The ability to work independently and with precision.
  • A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • A motivated and positive demeanor.
