We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our Consumer Domain team at Picnic. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development of scalable and resilient solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from tech and business to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of software engineers in the development of scalable and resilient solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders from tech and business to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Design and estimate technical solutions for presented challenges
- Develop and implement technical roadmaps
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to evaluate initiatives and drive roadmap discussions
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members
- Manage a sustainable support model for the product
- 7+ years of experience in back-end development, including Java and Spring Boot
- 2+ years of experience in leading projects and/or teams
- Profound understanding of software engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
