Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt is a leading institution in interdisciplinary degree programs, focusing on current and future market requirements. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Digital Transformation and IT Infrastructure department. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by driving digitalization initiatives and implementing process-oriented solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing the current situation, identifying optimization potential, and designing innovative target processes
  • Consolidating results in the form of specifications and deriving requirements
  • Implementing digitization projects using no-code/low-code applications and developing technical interfaces
  • Project managing cross-departmental digitization projects, including preparation and implementation of digitization in accordance with the Online Access Act (OZG) and the E-Government Act NRW (EGovG)

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in digital transformation consulting, administrative digitization, and/or project and process management. You should have knowledge of digitalization strategies, process and strategic IT system architecture, and the legal foundations of EGovG/OZG. A confident and engaging manner, combined with strong communication and social skills, is essential for this role.

The position will be graded up to pay group 12 according to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Home office arrangements are available, and the place of work is either Hamm or Lippstadt.
