Topsides Concept Engineering


We are seeking an experienced Topsides Concept Engineer to develop and implement conceptual feasibility studies, pre-FEED, and FEED projects for floating production units. This involves planning and organizing feasibility studies, preparing engineering execution plans, and coordinating subcontractors.



Responsibilities


  1. Develop and implement conceptual feasibility studies, pre-FEED, and FEED projects for floating production units
  2. Plan and organize feasibility studies, including preparation of cost, time, and resource estimates
  3. Prepare engineering execution plans, including project engineering budget adherence
  4. Coordinate subcontractors, including technical specification preparation and performance evaluation
  5. Lead and motivate a team of engineers, providing supervision and coaching


Requirements


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the offshore oil & gas industry, expert knowledge in topsides concept engineering, and experience with FPSO and FLNG design development. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with a master's degree preferred. The candidate should possess technical leadership skills, problem-solving expertise, and conflict resolution abilities.
