We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Rituals. As a key member of our Quality department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage international quality assurance activities and projects to safeguard and improve product quality.
- Coordinate non-conformity processes, including CAPA, with suppliers and internal teams.
- Review customer feedback and participate in supplier evaluation sessions to drive quality improvements.
- Signal product quality improvements and initiate quality improvement projects with suppliers and the Innovation Department.
- Act as a contact person for suppliers, sales organizations, and internal departments, managing quality-related procedures and enquiries.
- Protect all quality, safety, and legislation requirements as a business ambassador.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance and technology. You should have a degree in science or technology, or equivalent knowledge, experience, and training. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance/Technology role in the cosmetic packaging field is required.
You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of the English language. A driver's license is also essential.
