As a Startend Operator, you will be responsible for learning to operate and monitor our modern production lines. You will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that our high quality standards are met. Your tasks will include:

• Learning to set up, adjust and maintain machines.
• Helping to identify and resolve minor issues.
• Performing quality controls.
• Maintaining safety and hygiene on the production floor.

You are someone who is eager to get their hands dirty and has a keen eye for detail. You must also meet the following points:

• You have a completed MBO 2 education, or you are willing to take a capacity test.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system, with working hours (6-14/14-22/22-6).
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
• You are eager to learn and open to development.
• You are technically inclined and can work well with computers.
