About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Snag Manager to join our team at Rolls-Royce Solutions Benelux. As a Snag Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our data center project in Groningen, The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all quality topics in collaboration with the Site Manager and the Rolls-Royce quality team.
  • Coordinate material and staff to solve quality issues and coordinate repair works.
  • Execute administrative duties to support documentation for the customer and Rolls-Royce Project team.
  • Create quality reports and regular updates.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of gensets.
  • Experience with data center projects.
  • Experience with quality management systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Level of Work: Bachelor degree or higher education level.
  • Valid SCC / VCA full Certificate.

  • Function Group: 10 | Salary bandwidth: €4400 - €5600 gross per month.
