We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Agile professional to lead our organization's transformation efforts. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for promoting and establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide across our teams and organization.

Your primary focus will be on enabling our Scrum Teams to continuously improve their practices within the Scrum framework. You will work closely with our senior Agile Coach and other stakeholders to drive this transformation and ensure its success.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and promote Scrum principles and practices throughout the organization
  • Lead Scrum Team improvement initiatives and facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Agile strategies
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among Scrum Teams and other departments
  • Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Proven track record of leading Agile transformations and implementing Scrum frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to adopt Agile principles
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
