Job Description:
The Technical Support Specialist - EV Charging will provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process, from initial sales opportunities to post-delivery support. This role involves collaborating with the R&D team to drive product enhancements and upgrades.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong working methodology, excellent execution ability, and good pressure resistance. They will also have a strong learning ability, good service consciousness, and a sense of responsibility. Fluency in English is required, with Dutch and Chinese being an added advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology, instrumentation, automotive service engineering, or automotive engineering.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automotive diagnostics, and charging solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
