About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Manager / Office Manager to join our team at Wolfstreet. As the social heart of our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and productive office environment for our team and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office and meeting room schedules, ensuring everything is ready for use.
  • Provide a delicious lunch for the team (coordinated with external support).
  • Ensure our office always looks its best, keeping the fridges and cabinets stocked, the coffee machine clean, and the dishwasher emptied.
  • Handle office supplies and keep stock levels well-managed.
  • Continuously bring fresh ideas and initiatives to enhance the overall office environment and team experience.
  • Manage incoming calls and the general mailbox.
  • Assist producers with their projects and productions as needed.
  • Help with basic financial administration, such as processing POs and invoices.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for team members.
  • Help organize marketing initiatives, team events, and team/corporate gifts.
  • Monitor the budget for office expenses, including inventory management, events, and facilities.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, and by maintaining safety equipment (alarms, smoke detectors/extinguishers).
  • Organize internal communication and updates, sharing important office or company announcements with the team.
  • Manage our social media accounts and support PR efforts.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives, ensuring the office is as eco-friendly as possible.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Office Manager, Studio Manager, Project Manager or Facilities Coordinator).
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask, prioritize, and keep an overview in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and independent, reliable, and able to handle things independently.
  • Hospitality in your DNA, with a cheerful, energetic, and positive personality that uplifts those around you.
  • Strong communication skills, social, organized, and able to communicate effectively, even in stressful situations.
  • Problem-solving mindset, proactive and independent in identifying problems and providing practical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and structured, with a keen eye for detail and ensuring that everything in the office runs smoothly.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a big plus.
