Job Summary

This internship position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the dynamic food and beverage sector. As a student placement within our Marketing team, you will be part of a truly international and creative team, working closely with other functions to help create unforgettable taste experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop eye-catching marketing materials within our brand guidelines, utilizing IFF templates (labels, posters, menus, tasting sheets, presentations).
  • Analyze data to understand market trends and deliver insights into projects.
  • Capture and communicate information on food, drink, and flavor trends across the organization.
  • Purchase Netherlands market samples for global colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer insights, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating B2B events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including logistics, collateral preparation, and on-site support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a master's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and layout, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic and video creation design skills are a plus.
