The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the semiconductor industry and a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive profitable growth.

The estimated salary range for this position is $121 million - $200 million in net revenue over three years, with opportunities to exceed targets.

This role has a global scope, with the potential to be filled in various locations worldwide where Arcadis operates.

The job involves leading business development efforts, identifying market trends, and engaging with key clients to inform strategy. The ideal candidate will also have experience in building strategic partnerships and promoting customer successes through marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to expand our presence in the semiconductor market.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Representing Arcadis at industry events and conferences to establish thought leadership and build brand awareness.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or management.
  • At least 20+ years of experience in sales leadership within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive profitable growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
