Neuroscience Study Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neuroscience Study Director to join our team at Charles River Laboratories in Groningen. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading and managing research projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality results and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Design and plan research studies, including setting up protocols and monitoring scientific quality
- Perform quality checks on ongoing studies and advise clients on optimal study designs and testing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the research process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
- Advanced academic degree (MSc or higher) in Neuroscience or a related field
- Proven experience in research project management, with a strong understanding of neuroscience principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
