We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at Gucci Netherlands B.V. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and provide personalized styling advice
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey
- Contribute to the development of a loyal and satisfied client base, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with additional languages a plus
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced fashion/luxury brand environment
- Track record of building strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets
- Passion for and in-depth knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends as needed
