We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Recruiter to join our team at Want 2 Work. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent for our clients in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active search: Utilize various search techniques to identify the right candidates
  • Thinking along in recruitment strategy
  • Telephone pre-screening interviews with potential employees
  • Maintaining relationships with foreign agencies

Requirements

  • Independent, commercial and communicatively strong
  • English language B1+
