We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Recruiter to join our team at Want 2 Work. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent for our clients in Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Active search: Utilize various search techniques to identify the right candidates
- Thinking along in recruitment strategy
- Telephone pre-screening interviews with potential employees
- Maintaining relationships with foreign agencies
Requirements
- Independent, commercial and communicatively strong
- English language B1+
