We are currently seeking a skilled Manager of Finance and Financial Oversight to spearhead the establishment of our Financial Shared Service Center. This role involves leading a dedicated team of approximately 14 professionals, including Accountants and Financial Controllers. The position is hybrid and will report directly to the Director of Finance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, be resourceful, and bring a positive attitude to the workplace. You should have substantial experience managing a sizable team in a fast-paced multinational environment. Key responsibilities will include driving process simplification, automation, and ensuring comprehensive control over End-to-End business processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a collaborative and professional team environment;
  • Ensuring compliance with established deadlines for various financial operations;
  • Providing guidance and support to your team regarding departmental expenditures;
  • Overseeing the general ledger for multiple entities;
  • Adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including IFRS and local GAAP;
  • Supervising account reconciliations and reporting to key stakeholders;
  • Managing and participating in external audits;
  • Coordinating investigations and adjustments for accounting discrepancies;
  • Driving continuous improvement in accounting processes and automation initiatives;
  • Supporting the development of an integrated Business Intelligence system.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools is advantageous;
  • Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus;
  • Authorization to work in the relevant region.
