Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, helping to achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to control costs and inventory, ensuring productivity and performance levels are met.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and best practices, documenting and following up as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is beneficial but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude is essential for success in this role.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry are essential.
  • The ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
