This role is pivotal in creating and streamlining KPIs, scorecards, benefits programs, and performance tracking processes.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage dashboards for priority KPIs in operations, maintenance, and process excellence using Power BI.
- Perform top-down financial data and performance analysis for BUs and OpCos to identify improvement opportunities, leverage technologies, and facilitate site groupings for enhanced continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and deliver bootcamp modules to support Excellence Managers in the areas of operations, maintenance, and process optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in an Operational Excellence function within a large, global organization.
- Excellent knowledge of creating and maintaining models and dashboards in Power BI.
- Experience in project management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
