Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant - Accounting & Financial Close, Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Contract Duration: 12+ months.

Work Mode: Onsite or Hybrid (flexible).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance consultant with expertise in Accounting & Financial Close, Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, and Project Systems to contribute to our team's success in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions for our clients in the finance and accounting domain. Your expertise in RTR (Record-to-Report), FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), and EPPM (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management) will be instrumental in driving business process improvements and maximizing the value of our clients' SAP investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions for finance and accounting clients, focusing on RTR, FICO, and EPPM
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
  3. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on SAP S/4HANA capabilities and best practices
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in client solutions
  7. Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects
  8. Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.

Requirements
  1. SAP S/4HANA RTR (Record-to-Report)
  2. SAP S/4HANA FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)
  3. Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management)
  4. Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes and industry trends
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
  2. Knowledge of other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, or HR
  3. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  4. Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related areas.
