About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Garment Technician to join our Private Label team in Hilversum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality and fit of garments, specifically for our private label fashion brands. Your expertise will help us develop high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure garments meet our standards
• Collaborate with stylists, buyers, and suppliers to improve product quality and fit
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve quality issues
• Contribute to the development of our private label fashion brands

Requirements

• Relevant HBO or WO degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment quality control or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
