The JobYou will take charge of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) under ISO :2, planning events such as risk assessments, penetration testing, internal/external audits, and executing our security roadmap according to the strategy. Your strong project management skills and structured approach ensure seamless execution.
Closely collaborating with various departments, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our organization. As the major incident manager, you will centralize resources during critical incidents. Additionally, you will work on new initiatives and enhance our risk register.
This role is part of our Information Security & IT team, reporting directly to the COO (acting CISO). Given our data-centric business, this position requires a broad focus on both development and non-development teams, including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and HR.
- Analyze and execute annual Risk Assessments
- Handle incidents, investigate data flows, and conduct regular meetings with top-level management
Your strengths lie in understanding operations and having a security mindset. You will independently develop and implement a strategic plan to elevate our security organization to the next level.
Daily Responsibilities- Manage and execute the ISMS & PDCA Cycle as per the ISO framework
- Enhance security around systems and applications used at Sendcloud
- Foster stakeholder relationships (internal and external)
- Conduct vendor reviews, recommendations, and selections
- Proactively suggest security improvements for our organization
- Develop and update information security policies, guidelines, and best practices
- Promote awareness within our organization
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A passion for Information Security
- A results-driven approach, not just discussing changes
- Relevant training or courses in information security
- A degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role under the ISO :3/2 standard
- Technical knowledge combined with business acumen
- A focus on implementing solutions that work for us, not the other way around
