Within Swift Global Professional Services, we play a pivotal role in delivering Swift solutions and products to our clients. To bolster the Global Professional Services team, we are seeking a Resource Management Administrator with a robust work ethic, exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for processing all new professional services orders in accordance with established service level agreements, ensuring alignment with predefined frameworks. Oversee daily operations to guarantee smooth interactions with key stakeholders (pre-sales, business development, service delivery, partners), maintaining a quality-oriented and operational excellence mindset. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of consulting orders, potential new business opportunities, resource demand forecasts, and resource supply challenges within the role's scope. Provide support and guidance to consultants regarding project management and time tracking tools. Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage monthly billing activities for the services organization and address ad-hoc requests related to invoices or credit notes. Assist in planning, monitoring, and updating operational procedures, implementing enhanced operational measures that foster efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Work alongside delivery team leads and the people development team on certification plans for new hires and training on new services. Utilize the resource management tool to generate reports assessing the availability and capacity of potential team members to support forecasting processes. Verify the accuracy of entries in the resource management tool and follow up with project managers as necessary. Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.Educational Background
A university degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience is required.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector is essential.Skills and Expertise
Ability to thrive under pressure, excel in multitasking, and meet tight deadlines with determination. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including active listening) to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders globally. Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
