Job Overview

Mane Contract Services is a leading provider of contract services, and we are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead to join our team.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies for core commodities and procuring materials and services on time and within budget constraints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full procure-to-pay process, from sourcing to invoice clearance
  • Conducting external reporting outside of the procurement department
  • Mentoring and potentially leading junior procurement personnel
Responsibilities

You will be working closely with buyers and the line manager to eliminate inefficiencies in procurement processes.

  • Oversee the logistics of goods and services required for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with project teams and the planning function to develop procurement schedules
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third level qualification preferably in supply chain, engineering, or other related discipline
  • Experience of purchasing capital equipment in the Data Centre Industry
