We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste winkelmanager die ons Napapijri-team in Roermond komt versterken.

Over de functie

Bij ons hebben winkelmanagers een geweldige mogelijkheid om hun volledige potentieel te ontketenen. We zetten ons dan ook in om hen voor te bereiden op de volgende stap richting winkelmanagement.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • het managementteam te ondersteunen in het stimuleren van de verkoop en winstgevendheid
  • de verkoopmedewerkers te coachen en motiveren om een hoogwaardige klantenservice te leveren
  • ervoor te zorgen dat de winkel er geweldig uitziet en dat alle winkelactiviteiten in overeenstemming zijn met de merkrichtlijnen voor visual merchandising
  • ervoor te zorgen dat het operationele beleid en de operationele procedures worden nageleefd
  • de KPI's van je winkel te begrijpen en je bijdrage te leveren aan het behalen van deze KPI's

  • Je kunt met mensen praten en een ondersteunende (en leuke) omgeving creëren die helpt de best mogelijke service te bieden
  • Je hebt ervaring met het openen en sluiten van een winkel, het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid en leiding nemen wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je kunt vloeiend schriftelijk en mondeling communiceren in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels
