Job Title: Operations Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team at Netcompany. As an Operations Engineer, you will play a vital role in establishing and optimizing existing and future critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage one or more business-critical systems, ensuring continuous and correct monitoring and backups.
  • Collaborate with other team members on security, problem-solving, and tooling, as well as participate in safety testing and incident, problem, and change management.
  • Use a wide variety of cloud tooling to manage and monitor infrastructure.
  • Maintain cloud-based environments for various projects based on Microsoft and open-source technologies.
  • Report on tasks, activities, and SLA goals.
  • Respond to customer requests, change management, incidents, etc., based on ITIL practices.
Requirements:
  • Completed an IT-related study at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Passion for new technologies and learning.
  • 2 years of work experience in an operations and data science role with a commercial company.
  • Experience setting up and using Data Bricks environments.
  • Experience setting up cloud environments on your own in Azure and ability to share own architecture designs.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, and at least level A1 Dutch.

  • Gross monthly salary between € 2,920 and € 3,600 based on full-time employment.
