Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Operator to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art high-tech equipment, ensuring seamless production processes and delivering high-quality products to our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain high-tech equipment, including coating, developing, cleaning, measuring, and conducting defectivity analysis on wafers and reticles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing and prioritizing service requests, and ensuring clear and effective communication with internal customers.
  • Monitor and adjust process and equipment performance, adhering to established procedures and accurately documenting tasks.
  • Identify and implement improvements in processes and products to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Stay current with product, process, equipment, and safety knowledge, and actively share this expertise with colleagues.

Requirements
  • Vocational or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or production processes.
  • Experience in processing and measurement.
  • Proactive with a strong initiative.
  • Team-oriented and focused on providing excellent service.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
