About the Role

We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive salary ($95,000 - $125,000 per year), and rewarding conditions including 26 days of holiday entitlement, pension scheme, company health insurance, and travel allowance.

The role involves leading AI projects from initiation through completion, allocating and coordinating resources across various use-cases utilizing agile methodologies, participating in project tasks while exemplifying leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions that fulfill business needs. As an AI Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for promoting team morale, effectively balancing independent and collaborative work efforts, and providing organization and clarity to project activities.

About You

We're seeking a professional with a professional or higher educational background, minimal 5 years of professional work experience, and experience leading AI projects or product development from inception to deployment.

You should have proficiency in managing cross-functional teams, particularly in an agile environment, ensuring efficient coordination and resource allocation. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools, demonstrating the ability to contribute technically while leading.

We value strong analytical skills, experience in stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and a mindset geared towards continuous learning and curiosity for tackling new challenges.
