The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven Project Manager Hardware Systems to strengthen our R&D-team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as the link between the engineering, product management, and our customers, supporting the end-to-end development of our Single Use Hardware Systems.

We offer a one-year contract that, after positive evaluation, can be extended. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer extralegal benefits such as holiday pay, 13th month, pension plan, bonus plan, and 31 vacation days.

What we are looking for:

  • Education: You have a HBO diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Operational Technology, or a comparable field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in project management and/or technical engineering.
  • Certification: A project management certification is a plus.
  • Qualifications:
  • A thorough understanding of general project management practices is essential
  • Digital literacy and a good understanding of MS Office is necessary.
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch (both verbally and in writing).

How you will grow and have an impact

  • Implementation of projects from contract signing to handover to the customer, including engineering, production, logistics, installation, and commissioning.
  • Meetings with customers to draw up detailed order specifications and clarify specific project requirements.
  • Development and delivery of progress reports, proposals, and requirement documentation.
  • Management of subcontractors, including execution of supplier orders and follow-up activities.
  • Leadership of handover processes, including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), IQ/OQ, etc.
  • Care for the successful delivery of the product documentation package to the customers.
  • Coaching and guidance of project team members and contractors.
  • Building, developing, and maintaining business relationships with customers and suppliers.
