Je komt te werken bij Topicus, een innovatief bedrijf dat software ontwikkelt voor het beheer van SaaS-platformen. Als systeembeheerder SaaS ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van onze SaaS-platformen in het IT-landschap van EuroPort+. Je werkt samen met onze klanten, consultants, architecten, ontwikkelaars en Scrum Masters om complexe vraagstukken op te lossen.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als het gaat om vragen over of problemen met onze software. Je houdt je bezig met het support én beheren van onze klanten. Via het 1e lijns-klantcontact pak je binnenkomende support incidenten en andere meldingen op. Je haalt de benodigde informatie op bij de klant om zaken te analyseren en haakt de juiste ontwikkelteams aan.

Je bent een initiatiefnemer die de klant weet uit te dagen wanneer dit nodig is. Je weet de vraag achter de vraag te vinden en zo te ontdekken wat klanten willen en écht nodig hebben. Daarnaast:
