Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Picnic. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding, motivating, and training our Shoppers. You will help to create a happy working environment at our Fulfilment Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Shoppers and provide guidance and support to ensure seamless operations
  • Train new team members and address any questions or concerns
  • Ensure the area is safe and clean, and lead a short stand-up for a small group
  • Work closely with the Shift Lead to ensure processes run smoothly
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in a leadership position
  • Willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
  • Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • Fixed weekly schedule
  • Available on at least one weekend day per week
  • Fluency in English
What We Offer
  • A gross starting salary of 14.01 (excluding 8% holiday pay)
  • Free lunch or dinner, freshly prepared by our chef and canteen employees
  • 25 vacation days per year, based on 40hr (or fulltime contract)
  • We will start saving for your retirement
  • Travel allowance from €0.21 per km if you live further than 10 km from the Fulfilment Centre
