Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Retail Director to lead our team at Leidschendam Douglas. As a key member of our retail management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team of makeup artists.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic sales team, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. As a Beauty Retail Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Leading and managing a team of makeup artists to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experiences

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of sales leadership and team management experience in a retail or beauty environment
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of beauty products and trends, with a passion for makeup and beauty

Working Conditions:

This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and special events. You'll also need to be prepared to travel to other stores and participate in training and development opportunities.

What We Offer:

As a Beauty Retail Director with MAC, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from €55,000 to €65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

This role is based in Leidschendam Douglas, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type:

This is a full-time position, with a standard schedule of 39.5 hours per week.
