As a Production Employee in our greenhouse, you will be working in a dynamic environment with temperatures ranging from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius during summer and around 10 degrees Celsius in winter. The tasks are typically carried out while standing.
- Perform quality checks on our exquisite garden plants
- Sort shipments with precision and care
- Collect orders with attention to detail
- Paste stickers accurately
- Assemble or wrap carts with foil
- Clean the greenhouse to maintain a high standard
- Prepare orders for shipment with efficiency
- Check flowers and plants for quality
The standard working days run from Monday to Friday, with hours extending from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What We Expect From You- Command of the English and/or Dutch language
- Physically fit due to the demands of the job
- Willingness to work overtime and long days (up to 9 hours)
- Stability, independence, reliability, and flexibility
- Own transport is ideal as our location is difficult to reach by public transport
- A competitive salary of €13.68 gross per hour
- An additional € gross per month if you also work Saturdays (from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM)
