The project will involve the development of novel computational metabolomics methods and the application of mass spectrometry techniques to identify microbiome products in patient samples and complex microbial communities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a research project focused on the urinary microbiome and urinary tract infections
- Develop novel computational metabolomics methods and apply mass spectrometry techniques to identify microbiome products
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary research team to achieve project goals
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Supervise and educate students on related projects

- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
