Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team in Delfgauw, Netherlands. As a Business Support Specialist, you will provide project support to our Sales Leader, monitor commercial processes, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project support of the Sales Leader
  • Monitoring commercial processes
  • Preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Optimizing business processes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Managing complex quotations
  • General administration and communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent through experience
  • Analytical thinker with good knowledge of MS Office and IT
  • Good social skills and ability to build bridges
  • Independent and hands-on
  • Affinity with the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of NL/ENG is a must, knowledge of FR/German is a plus
  • Willingness to spend 1 day/week in our office in Brussels
