Job Title: Sales Director UK

Meatless, a dynamic company in the plant-based food market, is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our European sales team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and translating sales strategy into an aligned action plan for your specific countries and categories. You will follow up on all actions to ensure the right direction is set and work independently for your responsible markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build up and translate sales strategy into an aligned action plan
  • Attract, motivate, evaluate and develop yourself to create an innovative environment
  • Manage Country Activities to ensure qualitative and quantitative targets are met
  • Achieve Sales Targets by monitoring sales results and taking action as needed
  • Identify and Capitalize on Sales Opportunities by executing price negotiations and establishing local relationships
  • Follow Up on Projects by managing local projects and requesting resources
  • Analyze and Report Data by collecting, analyzing and reporting relevant data
  • Monitor Market Trends by gathering and communicating information on competitors, consumers, economic conditions, market share, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree > 3 years' experience in similar position
  • Track record of building a market or product portfolio, experienced in meat, fish or dairy market
  • Residing in the UK
