Job Title: Senior Manager International Tax

Hasbro, a global leader in play and entertainment, is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager International Tax to join our Corporate Tax team. As a key leader in the EMEA region, you will be responsible for supporting cross-border business operations, tax planning, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise tax and non-tax stakeholders on income tax consequences of local country and cross-border transactions.
  • Support global tax planning and strategy by identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities.
  • Manage income tax compliance, reporting, and provision matters for the region.
  • Lead income tax audits and drive tax risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and communicate the cash tax and P/L impact of changes in corporate tax rules.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of corporate tax experience in a tax consultancy firm or multinational corporation.
  • Advanced degree in Tax is preferred.
  • U.S. GAAP tax accounting experience is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English required, bilingual or multilingual a plus.
