Fleet Coordinator

Ecolab is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet and Facilities team in Leiden. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fleet management of our business.

• Manage the mobility, connectivity, and organization of our workforce, including a fleet of over 400 vehicles.
• Work closely with leasing companies to monitor and manage contracts.
• Approve invoices and maintain cost control.
• Coordinate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to fleet management.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure the efficient organization and coordination of the vehicle fleet.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all fleet issues.
• Monitor applicable country guidelines regarding vehicles.
• Manage fuel consumption and process administrative offenses.
• Transfer owner liability and driver's license checks.
• Manage existing vehicles and analyze the entire vehicle fleet.

• Completed an apprenticeship or prior experience in fleet management or a related environment is essential.
• A strong understanding of numbers and cost analysis is crucial.
• Excellent organizational skills are necessary to keep operations running efficiently.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and make decisions promptly.
• Clear communication is essential for collaboration with various stakeholders.
