Role Summary:
Flowserve is seeking a technically engaged Trainee to join our team. As a Trainee, you will work on four different projects across various departments, optimizing processes in interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization and value chain.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for preliminary investigations on projects.
  • You will set goals and achievements.
  • You will be the driving force of the project, coached by department managers and the Trainee Program Manager.
  • You will deliverables and implement business improvements in each project.

Your Profile:

We are looking for an energetic person who takes ownership, is highly motivated, and has strong communication and team skills. You should have technical studies in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, fluency in written and spoken English, and good computer skills.
