About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Completed HBO or Master's degree in accountancy, economics, or business administration.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving business growth.
