The hospitality industry is ever-evolving, with guests increasingly seeking tailored experiences influenced by global trends. As a lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping students with the necessary skills to make informed managerial decisions grounded in thorough research and data analysis.
From the onset of their studies, we foster a culture of 'research-oriented learning', emphasizing the importance of research skills throughout the curriculum. In the initial stages of the program, students engage with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, tackling essential topics such as desk research, effective question formulation, A.I. applications, survey creation, data analysis, and proficiency in statistical software and Excel. Alongside theoretical knowledge, we prioritize the practical application of these skills within various hospitality management contexts.
Your Role
As an instructor, you will conduct classes and workshops in both Dutch and English, focusing on quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data analysis, and A.I. utilization. Collaborating with colleagues, you will contribute to the ongoing development and digital transformation of the educational bachelor program, particularly in your area of expertise. Additionally, you will engage in project assignments, mentoring students in their academic journey and professional growth during internships. This involvement is crucial in nurturing students as both professionals and individuals, preparing them for their future careers.
Together with your team, you will guide talented students towards success in the contemporary and future hospitality landscape.
