To support our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, with a focus on Google and Facebook ads. You will also be involved in creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan, implementing email marketing campaigns, reaching out to influencers, and analyzing campaign performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where creativity and innovation are highly valued.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions to our ecommerce platform.


• Create and implement a marketing plan that aligns with our brand objectives and target audience.


• Utilize email marketing tools to design, send, and analyze email campaigns to nurture and engage our customer base.


• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote our brand and increase brand awareness.


• Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth.


• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in an ecommerce or fashion industry setting.


• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and targeting.


• Experience in creating and executing successful marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.


• Proficient in email marketing platforms and strategies, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.


• Familiarity with influencer marketing and the ability to identify and initiate partnerships with relevant influencers.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


• Language requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English; Good basic understanding of French and German.
