Logistics Customer Service Specialist for International Deliveries

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at More Recruitment B.V. in Dordrecht.

The role involves handling customer orders, managing inventory, and processing incoming shipments. You will work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming orders, handling transport documentation, managing inventory, and completing invoicing tasks.
  • Organizing transport for outgoing and incoming deliveries, coordinating with internal departments and external carriers.
  • Supporting warehouse colleagues with instructions for incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Resolving customer issues related to inventory discrepancies or damages in a customer-focused manner.

You will be part of a dynamic team of approximately 16 colleagues, split between the office and the warehouse. Our working hours vary between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM, depending on coordination with your team.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Experience in warehousing, distribution, or freight forwarding.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations is a plus.
