Job Title: Head of Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, simplifications, and innovations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement commercial governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to measure and improve business performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit heads, medical directors, and commercial teams.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in commercial excellence, business transformation, and performance management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
