About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at nhow Amsterdam RAI. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of dishes, managing food and stock supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of dishes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage food and stock supplies to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HACCP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the (Sous) Chef to plan and execute daily tasks.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Food Production (MBO 3 / 4) or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
